Yeah that is a huge plus and brought a big smile tomy face. This is what the FA Cup is all about. Just hope that maybe next year it will be our turn in the spotlight.

was always going to be tough playing a team like torquay less than 48 hrs after the crawley match.liam rang the changes in the second half and we got a goal back.three points in two away games is in no means a disaster we are still in the play offs chase.lots of games still to come.now hopefully we can have a good week preparing for the fa trophy quarter final on saturday.this match is huge.good luck to liam and the boys

Just had a look at the match stats on the Torquay site:

Possesion:......TUFC: 47% EUFC: 53%
Shots ON/OFF:TUFC: 3/8 EUFC: 4/5
Corners:.........TUFC: 0 EUFC: 9

Doe that corner count sound right ?

Whilst not wishing to cause any offence, I find it difficult to relate to your sentiment !! You can't like Spurs & Arsenal, nor
Liverpool & Man U ( nor Sheff Wed or the Robsonless pigsh*t !)....and regretfully ( or not !), that applies to Gills & Fleet. Don't forget that the Scallywag was trying to get a ground up this way ( Gravesham) only last year. As I said at the time, God didn't make the Medway by accident, there was a purpose !

Cheers,

Nope, we had to play today, less than 48 hours after the last away game cos Setanta switched a Tuesday game to Thursday.

Yes Setanta switched the day, but did we not also ask Torquay to switch the game to Sunday, but they refused citing the lack of Saturday home games recently?
