We deserved the win today in the end despite the first half being pretty boring. I think 3-1 was a fair reflection on the game as Staines were very poor and did not show why they are in the play-off places, if i can remember correctly they had 2 meaningful shots on goal one of which was brilliantly saved by SCS and the other one went wide when it was probably easier to score.

 

Towards the end they piled on the pressure but our defence stayed strong and cleared their lines very well i thought.

 

It's a bit difficult to pick a MOM from todays game as no one really stood out for me, as it was just a great team performance but because he scored 2 important goals and made himself very useful it has to go to James Pinnock.

The goal was a shot come cross.Very similar to the one he got at Ramsgate last year,though not as far out.Just crept under the bar with the keeper slightly of his line.
