We could run a scheme called 'Help a Hoodie'. If you see one breaking into your car, puking in your garden or doing the w@nker sign at your kids, instead of reporting them to the old bill why don't we get their details and then enter them into a special draw for two tickets down the FLEET.

Skipped from p1-p3, so maybe missed a bit.. But, how about some recognition for regulars at Stonebridge Rd.. eg. Tokens in the home programmes - which are removed for any ordered by post.. If enough collected, then free entry to another game - some choice given to the winners, to allow a bit of flexibility..??

How I see it is
Any true fan, would not want payment to go and watch there club, there only reward or payment would be to see there team do well.

so if you get a big game where the allocation is likely to be sold out, then holders of every voucher have a guaranteed ticket?

Just put the vouchers in the Matchday Programmes, then the real fans will get preference!
But this is MEfc...ME.....ME......ME!

Think of the increase in Programme sales!
It used to work at Premier clubs, Harry, but you wouldn't know that!

I know it used to happen, but not since the 60's.

I just looked at my programmes from the seventies(the last time I went to a Division One game), and they were still doing it then.
It should be looked at as a fair means of ticket allocations.
As to people posting programmes to people, who can then post in an application.......Postal applications should only be considered when all personal applications have been met!
That way the local supporters with the required amount of tokens would get first consideration!

That would be one way of doing it.

I can see what you mean, just not sure it's workable.

I'll take a look at some 80's programmes and see if they have them in there.

Not been done in my time but I am a collector so I know what things are familiar.

6d a programme and a little Bovril advert on the front at the bottom. Thems were the days.

Just to throw in my own two penn'orth here, this award would surely be pointless since anyone who follows the team every week, up and down the country would not care for such an award. They don't do it for the fame or for a nice prize at the end of the season, they do it because they are addicted to/obsessed with/psychologically owned by the club.
