just a suggestion on whether this post thread should be made a sticky. the reason im saying is that i forget about the scheme and i have bought things and forgotten that the club could benefit. it all adds up even the little purchases if lots of people do it, ive also heard that the club would make good commission from insurance i.e car,house etc and often cheaper than else where. Could i ask how long the club have been with the scheme and have many rebels fans bought things through it.i certainly will try and remember,what about that sticky

The scheme has been running since 2006 and in that time £360 has been made. I believe a cheque was received just the other week which I think Gary can confirm.

 

As well as me putting the regular emails I get up on the forum, there is a link on the site and there "should also be" a regular advert in the programme.

i see, thanks for the info, it certainly seems a good way of supporters helping the club through things they normally buy anyway, someone i know who does it through another club says if you take out things like sky tv then the commision is very good and as i said the insurance one is a good one too.

Yeah the commission from Sky is very good. Currently it stands as at £40 per new subscriber. AIG are offering £90 per application.
