Well..Basshunter has topped the charts for five consecutive weeks now,so I guess Tangerine Dreams perhaps was the first sign of evil.

I was always more a Smiths man myself.

Haven´t been yet,but the journey is allready booked for later.

Probably won´t have time to go to that pub,so it is Smiths extrasmooth then I recon.Not my favourite..but it is better than coke!

The Crown & Thistle indeed has a selection of real ales, but it is in Gravesend rather than Northfleet ( the ground is in Northfleet ), about 3 or 4 miles away. I would suggest, if you didn't have time to get to Gravesend, that you have a trip to The Rose, which is about 5 minutes walk from the ground. That's a Shepherd Neame pub &, I believe, sells some bitter on hand pump ?

I've never been in the Rose Hirsty.

 

In fact, I only noticed it for the first time on the night of the Dartford match. It's sort of hidden away.

 

The Coopers is an alright pub and has lots of football scarves and shirts on the wall. Fleet pride of place above the bar of course.

 

I couldn't tell you about the standard of the ale as I only drink it when up north.

About the capacity I really thought the minimum capacity to enter the Football League was 6000. So providing we get into the Football league I thought would we eventually have to expand an extra 1,000 to bring it up to capacity. Could the 5000 be a typo or am I just off the mark a little and in need of a slap^^.
