MyFC - Yet a further cause of climate change.

I have genuine concern that many of the overseas MyFC members do not appear to have any concerns (or give a toss) that they are contributing to global warming. How can it be justified in environmental terms to fly to non-league games from the USA, New Zealand etc especially those who have/intend to do so regularly? Pollution from aeroplanes is increadibly damaging to the environment. So far these people are being hailed as heroes rather than environmental hooligans!

Judging by the large number of would-be directors standing for election who are based abroad, the Earth's temperature is going to accellerate even faster still. Or will they attend meetings by videolink instead? They could watch the highlights of matches on-line and save expending all that carbon etc.

Why not just support/attend your local football team instead? I am sure they would be very pleased if you could make even a quarter of the effort and expense you are expending in travelling to Kent head in their direction. Or wait until next season when you are likely to have an English Premiership team play in your nearest city (yet another crazy Earth polluting idea).

Isn't it time sanity was restored?

Wouldn't the planes still take off anyway ? whether or not there were marauding bunches of overseas Fleeties on board ?

I can understand people's concerns about MyFC [****!!****] up the club, but to blame them for climate change seems a bit over the top !! Never mind.......our beloved Government will still build on flood plains & cram blocks of flats onto small pieces of land.....bless 'em !

Seeing as though the planes take off anyway, surely extra, unnecessary journeys piled on top will mean more flights have to be put on? Perhaps it's time for individuals to take responsibility as well as waiting for the government to get their collective [****!!****] into gear.

All this talk of pollution, sanity and warming.
From match reports and Forum posts I've read you are no doubt referring to the state of the Stonebridge Road toilets and their ability to cope with the MYFC led crowd explosion.
Yes you are right..albeit grammatically inept (are you from Sweden too?)...sanitary should be restored.
As far as warming is concerned...match reports lead me to believe its far king freezing there...the more at the ground the warmer it should be.
