I don't know where he is from but it is not this planet.

The insults are childish at best.

It all happened on someone's thread to be elected to the board so I have shown some restraint and respect because the person campaigning was not involved in any way.

It's easy pickings once he posts on a general thread thread though.

He's a total muppet and has really got my back up.

I even sent an email complaining about him to the mods which is something I have never done before.

Fear not though, I am becoming assimilated in all this but he really is a grade A twat.

I'd pay £35 for him to be banned to be honest. Chrisblanc could have the login :-)

I would never go on there jeff..they would ban me immediately...

I only post as UU in these matters as I feel its important not to hide my views behind my 34 other log ins grin

but my lot aint interested in any of this to be honest.....I mentioned it all a few times and they just sort of looked at me strangely...

its caught my imagination (and devilment as I can smell a trick a mile off) on behalf of the real fleet fans who have always been more than welcome at our place (forget forum banter) but I think most other clubs couldn't give a hoot..

At least he got some kind of respond. I mostly never get any. They must be sooooo busy spending our money.

It pops up on the AFC Wimbledon forums quite a bit, but usually in a holier-than-thou "what has football come to, look at the Ebbsfleet fiasco" way.

I don't think anyone, Unc, would deny that trust-run clubs end up getting quite "evangelical" about that status; it's inevitable, to some extent, when you feel passionate about something. I think that's where there seems to be so much headshaking amongst the trust world about what's going on at Ebbsfleet.

I endorse the sentiments of the opening post. I too originally thought the MYFC idea was great but, as I've said on another thread here, I now wish I'd just given my £35 to the bar at the Fleet for some real EUFC fans to get a few drinks in for themselves. The Manager should pick the side and have the final say on it, not 20,000+ amateur wannabe managers scattered to the four winds. Likewise, a properly constituted Board should consult with the local supporters about all relevant issues including shirt design. I can see this whole Internet enterprise unravelling. Most of the emails I've had from MYFC to date are already looking for more money for various things. What happened the pots of dosh they already got ?

we all get evangelical trebs about our various forms of club management...I have no real axe to grind either way (apart from winding you lot up devil) I do however agree with you about this lot over here which is why I am watching to see what happens as well as having my twopenneth from time to time...

football clubs transcend ownership...some of us are just lucky enough to have the chance of being able to mould them a little as we pass through...EUFC will be around long after this little egofest has withered to disinterest...

thats the only saving grace... laugh

ha ha ha.....we all seek to leave something behind but when you get sucked into a football club it takes leaving money behind out of the equation...

anyway...be nice to me....you may well have to come to us and win on the last day of the season and my good friend fergie is driving me mad to take a few of his players on loan... devil
