Boxing Result

As you guys know my boxer fought on Monday night and unfortunately lost on a very dodgey split decision to the home fighter.

 

However as they say there are victories in defeat and my guy erased the demons he had lived with for 6 years. In his only other fight which was for Oxford University he was badly mis-matched against a guy who had dropped two weight divisions and had had 8 fights. My boxer was knocked out in the 1st round.

 

Monday night saw a great performance and he surprized everyone at his old boxing club and as I say I thought he had won but the home fighter got the nod.

 

I was really proud of him as he was of himself and I can honestly say it's the most satisfaction and fulfillment I have got from coaching anyone over the last 13 years.

 

Change of sport me thinks!

A great night all round.....but I must say what ugly birds Oxford has! And get this we couldn't get in most places unless we were students!!!!!!!

well done on the oxford mission...winning is not always everything...

 

as you will of course find out when you and trenks bring a bunch of snailed paced hasbeens down to the stadium in may...

Cheers Unc - There were more victories then defeats on the night for my mate.

 

Must say Oxford has the ugliest female population that I know...other than that of Kaiser's and Smallsy's household....

 

By the way Jerry will not even make the tea because he is s**t!
