The race night is happening on Thursday at 7-30. Come if you can. Come and give your support to the Youngsters.

hopefully a few of the directors will be there as they have a board meeting just before.

Trotty has been asked and, he said he would tell the players.

Went well, though disappointing not to see more fans there . Most in attendance were the players and management with a few family members, Louis Smith and Paul Axon both there too. Also present were Malcolm Rowlett and Terry Painter which was great to see and Richard Piper from the club shop.

 

£500 was raised for the Reserves and thanks must go in the main to Graeme who put in a lot of leg work obtaining sponsorship, sorting trophies etc and to his wife Jackie who did a sterling job on the food side of it, the meat and potato pie went down a treat. Other thanks must go to Cookie for compering the evening and to his partner (sorry forgot her name Tony) for doing the tote.

 

I have also done an interview with Mark Weatherly (Reserve Manager) which can be read in the new MISA Fanzine which will be published soon.

Thanks Alan & thanks to you too for helping Chris out.It was though,as usual,all a big team effort again, though the biggest applause must go to Blueblood,Jackie & their daughter who continue to put the time & effort in to arrange these evenings & to prepare & cook fabulous food for those that could make it.
