MyFC to vote on new Nike kit for next season...

The reason I have looked on here was to see what non MyFC members think of the choices. I personally hate all the away kits, and I have said so on the MyFC forum.

Away 1 is not to my taste.

Away 2 is the England top! At a distance this is what it looks like and how does this mark the wear out!

Away 3 is Gillingham! I need say no more do I?

There at least should have been a Yellow version. Or leave well alone... smile

I also do not like the idea that existing EUFC supporters are faced with another kit change. This has to be balanced with the fact that Nike are carrying all the financial risk (of course with the upside of significant profit) and the deal has the potential to generate £50,000 - £100,000 next season for the club.

I have two questions I would like answered:
(1) what will be the retail price of the replica jersey?
(I don't believe it should be higher than the current one)
(2) Given that both the home and away jersey are being changed in year one of the deal, what are the proposed changes in year 2 and year 3?

I knew we'd end up with another kit. I'd think it must be some kind of a record. 15 changes in 8 years? It makes a mockery of saying that the club is for the fans, or saying that anyone pretends to care what the existing fans think or feel.

I also don't like the speed that this is all done in. Choosing the club was done in much the same way. It feels like it's "do it our way now or you'll miss out on the chance and will have to wait for ages to try again". This may be the truth, but it's a lousy way to do things. Decisions should be made on what is best for everyone, not what is the best deal of a bad bunch of offers that we can get immediately as this Nike thing seems to be.

Compared to the alternative vote..no.

I also noticed that Fleet Trust was in favour of the proposal and also the ex directors, which I do believe can be classified as long term fans of the club.

The alternative was to stay with Jako, and quite frankly there is dissatifation with that manufacturer.

Just the fact that demand can´t be met means a direct loss of income for the club.

Add to that all other pros regarding the Nike proposal, and I think voting yes was the better alternative for EUFC.

usual heads in the sand waffle then....yes the kits fine and dandy and yes nike are third world slavery exponents but who isn't and who cares except for a few sandal wearing bleeding heart pinko guardianistas from wimbledon....

now will someone answer the only question worth asking...

does MyFc LIMITED the private vehicle through which the brooks family benefit financially get any spin offs financially from the nike deal...?

a simple yes or no will suffice and then I am not sure I will believe it if it comes from wanchai...

for those that don't see the importance of this question...don't post...think...

so let's put it another way...can mr brooks (who obviously reads every post on here) please tell us in his own name instead of the log in of wanchai....

do you..MyFc Limited or any member of your family or associated business colleagues/partners/mistresses/wives/children or onshore/offshore trusts benefit from the nike deal...?

yes or no will suffice thank you...
