I apologise for being a little harsh then.

Considering we were supposed to be away on Saturday, until we were drawn at home in the trophy, I'm sure a lot of people made other plans for the day of the game, so, in the cirumstances, I don't think it was an awful attendence by any stretch of the imagination.
I suggest you look at away attendances if you want a real reflection of your fanbase. We, on average, probably take the same number of away fans to a game as other teams do (Judging by the number of away fans I've seen at Stonebridge road, and how many I've seen at the away games I go to). You probably do the same in accordance to your league (This is a pure guess, going on the paltry number of fans you used to have when you shared our ground). Now, if, as you say, you have more fans than us, then surely you would be taking more away fans to games?
I am sure these extra fans are only going to see the supposed 'wonder ground' that you have built. It wasn't that long ago that you were getting about 300 fans at Stonebridge Road, while playing in a HIGHER division. Can 5 or so miles really make that much difference in these days of public transport, no I thought not.

Most of the things said above are going on what I have heard, so I apologise if some of the figures are wrong.

And?

How does this alter the fact that you brought 300 to our place?

When is you next away game, lets see how many you take there. Darts fans don't travel, they couldn't be bothered to travel to Stonebridge Road when they played here with the groundshare and they couldn't be bothered to travel here the other night.

Still talking utter tripe Harold. Our away support is very good thanks very much. 2 official and 1 unofficial coach going to the big game this Saturday. To be fair the distances involved are nowhere near as great as your division so I would expect our support to away games to be greater than yours. The shame of it is, Gravesend is not a "football" town in the same way as Dartford is. I Guarantee you that if Dartford were in the same position in the Blue Square league and Trophy we'd be pulling much bigger gates than the 800 you got at the weekend.

Also Gravesend doesn't even have a football club bearing its name anymore where's the incentive for the local community to get out and support its local team? I can see only see the indigenous support dropping.

So very true. I went to a couple of Darts fixtures at Stonebridge Road when it groundshare. Very poor attendance both times.

When you do get here, you'll love it on ConfGuide. They talk about attendances like some kind of willy waving contest too.

Nothing to do with willy waving Stu M. Just pointing out your crowds are so low you're having to be bailed out by MYFC as well as changing your clubs name to survive. Regardless of other teams attendances, you have to admit the turnout on Saturday was poor.
