I went to a Dartford game when you played at our place and like last night there was not more than 300 Darts fans in the ground. Infact that time there was more like 200 there.

Bit better than a mobile phone, even though I haven't sorted out the white light under floodlights issue. I am assuming that it is ok to post these as a one off without upsetting anybody who was filming professionally.

You will need the DivX codec to view them in your normal media player, or you will just get sound. If it is up to date it will almost certainly have the codec. If you have Windows Vista, you will need to use the DivX player to view the videos.

No problem as far as I am concerned.
Nobody was filming the game professionally from the gantry last night.

Had a chat with the MyFC TV/website video bigwigs this afternoon and they admitted that the size of the crowd had caught them out and maybe it would have been worthwhile covering the game in order to put highlights on their website, even though Liam Daish didn't request for it to be filmed (as a Reserve Team game).

As discussed previously here, basically if you see somebody up in the gantry, then it's a non-starter putting clips of goals & major incidents on the Forum and YouTube, etc. filmed from elsewhere in the ground, as that would infringe on what we are doing.

The ale in The Rose was in particularly cheeky condition last night. After getting off the train from work, I had 2 pints of Master Brew & one of Spitfire in pretty quick succession. As such, I was aware that, if I climbed that ladder, complete with rucksack containing camera & other gear, then I'd probably plunge to a broken leg/neck/soft landing on the fat steward yelling up at me to get down. Now, if I'd had another couple of bevies, I might just have risked the ladder, though with even more likelihood of broken bones/flattened steward.

Actually, I'm lying. Yes, there's no way I'd climb that ladder, unless you could arrange for Eva Longoria to hold my hand all the way up & for my good wife to be absent from the game or blindfolded at the time.

Sorry only having a laugh. Enjoyed the game last night, realy impressed with the Fleet. Crowd was good for a KSC game what ever the number was. Back to normal on Saturday I think Northwood said they might bring about 50.


Actually mate I bet it will be nearer 60.

Really enjoyed last night, I'm sorry but Grays, Canvey and Daggenham are simply not friendlies. We need Dartford in our league. Well... we don't but y'know.

Yeah I know this is all done and dusted but I thought that I would post that the Darts fans still think they bought more to the match than they really did(I think it is up to 600 now). Heck they reckon the reason for the big crowd was all due to the amount of fans they bought. Now I know we(Or highly likely that it is just me) should not care what they think but their arrogance is really starting to get on my nerves cause they never thought of the amount of new, returning, MyFCers and impartial supporters attract to a local derby. In my opinion they need to be taken down a peg cause they have got more than a little arrogant since moving into Princes Park. Sorry I just had to get that off of my chest.
