Akinde looked knackered at the end on Saturday. He is after all only 18, and has not fully filled out yet.

He needs a rest, ready for Weymuff.

Any 11 that start are full time players and should, in theory, be fitter than Dartford.

It is games like these where the squad has to be used, partly to rest senior players, but also to keep fringe players interested.

 

Speaking of Weymuff, breaking news is that they have sacked Jason Tindall.

May motivate them a bit more this weekend?

I'd certainly agree about leaving Akinde out.

 

I should think that MacDonald is the only 'certainty'. I would be pretty happy if he played the team you suggested CG but I suspect that a few of the pase boys will get a run out too.

Some of them did very well in the last round.

Not sure if MacDonald should start or come on as sub. Won't this be his first game? No need to put too much pressure on him right from the start, when tackles are more likely to be hard. Alternatively, if he comes on when players are tiring, tackles are more likely to be late...

Having been out for so long he must be desparate to get a start.
