The Commission for protection of rural England have taken up the case on behalf of RAPE Residents Against Park Exploitation. Who have been given statutory status, which means we can now see all of Stadia, BTFC and BDC submission to the public enq in advance.

We now know a lot more than you as supporters do about your club and the Chairmans plans, to be very very honest. You have more chance of getting a Pork chop in a synagogue than an 8,000 seater stadium in Gloucester.

Solicitors are considering placing a submission that rejection is made in advance of the hearing as the case by the residents is proven and there is evidence that financially the application and the club is not sound.

Thanks for that. At least it is some information. I hope it is not too bias. I had actually forgotten all about it. At the moment, the teams current results are my main concern.

BTFC Simon etc please respond BTSA

Well I certainly have never been threatened by anybody at BTFC neither regarding this forum or anything else. But then when I've got a gripe I take it to the person the gripe is with rather than posting here.....

That said i have heard that the fall in support is more to do with Rod's lucrative kebab franchise needing restocking with fresh meat than the recent playing situation! (This is a joke OK and not to be taken seriously <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )

just because somebody doesn't agree with you, or you have your post deleted, doesn't mean that Mr Moore has had a hand in it. It could just be that you are a complete an utter winker who comes on here venting your frustrations because no other ficker in Basildon gives a shat about you or your anti-billericay movement.

I do not use anon, and who in the Prem are we talking about when we say proper club.

Do we mean the club with 200 supporters

Do we mean the club that cannot stay in their own town

Do we mean the club that sell the silverware every year

Do we mean the club with the Chairman who will not talk to supporters

Or do we mean the club that has been knocking on the conference for 3 years

do we mean the side that can only draw in 300 odd fans on saturday despite being in 2nd place in the league? (poor crowds is a recent occurance at New Lodge, but a regular one at Porky Lane)

Basildon is part of Billericay

What silverware?

The chairman talks to supporters before and after games. If your to scared to ask him questions then thats your own fault.

Keep on knocking mate, cos no one letting you in!!

why was my post deleted it was not slanderous rude or offensive are you now acting as Mr Moores censor

If you talk sh*t on this forum, your sh*t will be deleted. If you have something interesting to say and you're able to say it in a sensible manner, that's OK, but I won't tolerate anything else.

I'm not Mr. Moore's censor, but I don't tolerate any false acussations about Rod Moore or any other persons involved with the running of the club. You don't need to like him to post in this forum, but to call him names just because you don't like him, is not allowed.

If you can't cope with that, you got a problem, and I will not hesitate to ban you from the board if you continue in this way.

You are so full of rubbish I never called him names or anything I asked a simple question.

Dear Mr Anon and Censor

I was very dissapointed to read in tonights paper that Billericay are not satisfied with taking over GP they now want to merge with us as well.

I understand from the boundary commission that there will now be a new town replacing both Basildon and Billericay (Basilericay). I wish to apologise to Mr Moore who has actually been very astute and farsighted in starting the process early and ensuring that when the new town is developed they will already have their own football team.

What will each area bring to the new town.

Bas Shops ricay old people

Bas Slappers ricay slippers

Bas brains ricay bull sh

Bas Coke ricay Cola

Bas Jobs ricay more old people

Bas layabouts ricay some nearly dead people

Bas Humour ricay arrogance

Bas Blind stupidity ricay Blind Greed

Bas Sharon & Tracy ricay Marjorie and Eustace

GET A SENSE OF HUMOUR YOU MISERABLE GI(&%(&

good point, what could each town give to the other, lets do a swap and see what we coulda won:

Shops - Billericay gets POUNDSTRETCHER baso gets CHOC-O-BOX

Women - Billericay gets one that pull you off inside nightclubs, baso gets ones that pull you off outside the pub

intelligence - billericay get a few more mongs, baso get blazing squad

Jobs - Billericay gets ford new holland, baso gets crown wood furniture

Humour - billericay gets denise van outen, baso gets lee evans

Homes - billericay get mudhuts, baso get houses

Parks - billericay gets GP, baso gets sweet fa,

sound s like a fair swap to me

I was involved for some time in services supplied (or not) to all areas of Essex

Billericay would love to be attached to Brentwood but Brentwood will not accept the linkage due to the Basildon debt they would have to bring with them

But that is the situation on a wide spread, IE why do residents of Langdon Hills never include Basildon in their written address

As I read it the suggestion was the merging of the two areas into one parlimentary constituency... Given the same MP represents Billericay, Pitsea and (I think) Wickford it's possibly a tad late to start worrying about Billericay having it's own MP! The Brentwood thing is more to do with District councils - the suggestion being that Billericay moving to Bretwood would even up the sizes of the two districts - Basildon is about 350,000 people at the moment, Brentwood (I think) is about half the size.

Anyway, when did this become a politics discussion board?
