Ben turned up absolutely wasted - he'd been on it since 11.30!! - and kept falling over! He eventually gave away a penalty with one of the worst challenges I've ever seen, and had to be subbed before he was sent off!!

 

The penalty itself pissed me off. Our keeper made a great save, but the ref insisted it was re-taken as one of our players had encroached by half an inch, and he scored at the second attempt. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

p.s. Who is the keeper? The EFM message board says it's a disgrace Wilkes was dropped - who replaced him?

I think last league match is this coming Sunday against Skytop.

 

As far as I know, all five are still alive and have not contracted Hepatitis or somehting far worse!

That's a shame I was looking forward to seeing you in the final at the Park de Clarence, and possibly being invited to the after match bash in the boardroom with you, the Voice and Gibbo. Never mind, there's always next year.
