"Rival Ryman sides Heybridge Swifts and Billericay Town are also set to move homes soon - the Swifts leaving their Scraley Road headquarters to join neighbours Maldon Town in a revamp of that club's Wallace Binder Stadium.

 

Billericay are also set to leave their current New Lodge ground to become part of a proposed redevelopment of land at Burstead Golf Club and there have been earlier plans to relocate the club elsewhere in the Basildon District Council area."
