Our New Stadium

Recommended Posts

I have been assured by Little Red that our new stadium which is to sit neatly on the periphery of his proposed 2000 luxury home development project at No 23 Acacia Ave, will have a state of the art under soil heating system, seated stands on both sides, terracing behind each goal and an all round continuous roof.

Little Red has also confirmed, that All building costs will be met by the Developing Company, and BTFC will be granted a 99yr lease on a peppercorn rent.

Bloody nice chap...Bloody big garden to grin

Ooh! - and a pitch without a slope on it, and ah yes, a successful team that's nine points clear at the top of the league. Please, please PLEASE mister.
Oh yes, and finally, a rough idea of when the stadium will be ready for us.
Seriously though guys - good luck with the project - sounds great!

Nothing wrong with a bit of "gradient", BC. Adds a bit of charector to a ground (I never can spell Charachter).

We wouldn't want to end up looking like some public utility designed by Civil Servants would we. All Magnolia paint & Fire Exits.

It's "character" for future reference Rik.
And just in case you're having a dig at our facilities, the clubhouse is decorated in Dulux "hint of beige". Unfortunately the fire exits are a compulsory requirement!

Moi?!

I like the idea of a BBQ area, TC. Somewhere to roast the Hedgehogs wink .

Bit of a problem with the planning application TC. The council believe my stadium plans are unsuitable for Billericay Town FC due to under-estimation of the popularity of the club. They are now insisting I reduce the amount of homes in order to increase the stadium to 50,000 seats in preperation for our imminent promotions.
