Clapton Signing

I have read that Clapton have signed a striker which is great for them. However if what i am told is true, they have just been fined £250 for not fulfilling a fixture whilst under suspension for unpaid fines. At this weeks meeting the clapton representative says that will be impossible to pay as there are many other outstanding bills yet to pay. Therefore i wonder if the new signing will get much of a game if the esl suspend them again in a few weeks for not paying this fine. Maybe what they need is a new sponsor/backer and not striker.
