Well my fingers are well and truly crossed. With no football I might have to see the in-laws frown bolt

Alex so far today we have not even had 0.5mm of rain and even less yesterday. They had forcasted at least 1mm of rain in the last 24 hours and it did not come.

Tomorrows forecast is just for light rain so hopefully it will be less than 0.5mm again. Tomorrow there is a stiff breeze (between 25 & 30mph) blowing so that should dry out what is on the pitch at the moment and what will fall tomorrow.

I am 99.9% certain that the game will go ahead.

There take a positive approach to life and BELIEVE.

Cliftonville - no rain at all..................yet!
Tomorrow is supposed to be a wet one though.

Trust me it hammered down up here for a spell this afternoon, Cookie.

No rain overnight.(Cliftonville)

However, they're saying that one months rain is due in the next two days in most places, mainly in the west so things are looking ominous unless it we get real lucky.

Not AS bad here as in the west but still threats of rain according to the Met.Office.

Having worked on the pitch this morning I'd say the odds are 70:30 in our favour at the moment.

If we were to have a large downpour overnight that could change things...but it would have to rain a fair bit for the game to be in any doubt.
