But the whole idea of MyFC means you WANT to change that - you joined up to "Own the club, PICK THE TEAM".
That WAS Liam's job - its now MyFC's!

There is still nothing on MYFC offically to say that we have completed DD.

Hello btw from another MYFC member smile

If you're not happy about lack of info then God only knows why you want to buy us.

Looking at your signature, maybe these will cheer you up?

Unlike many others, that was not my sole reason for signing up, even if we couldnt pick the team I would still have signed up. financing a team through the leagues and having a say in some club matters is what I signed up for. I'm not a manager and never will be. Liam is so if there is an option to leave the choice with the manager then thats where my vote will go.

Its already been posted here - there will be no such option!

Can you explain why when I printed the document headed "Vote to authorise purchase of Ebbsfleet Utd FC" some disturbing additions were present in "1. The deal structure" such as at the end of the 9th paragraph the words "We hate these shareholders and all the existing fans". And at the end of paragraph 12 "The Society also has the right to molest smallboys"?

Is this what MyFC call a joke? If so it is in very poor taste.

Doubt it was MyFC - 'wiki' style pages very easy to edit and out whatever you want!

It was a MyFC Forum mod who posted it on here!

Dont get confused between the forum mods and the actual MYFC staff. Forum mods are just members who keep an eye on the forum and tell people to stop swearing etc. Dont think they are really privy to any more information than us regular members, or I would hope not.

Not confused - and they know no more than anyone else - but they do tend to only post factual stuff here. They learned the hard way!

Exactly. You can change a wiki page as easily as editing your own post on a forum, so it'll be a few meddlesome individuals typing rude words!

Like previous, I have seen nothing to suggest anywhere on MYFC that there will or will not be an option to go with the managers recommendation. Im really hoping there is though.

Hmmm...It looks as though they have spent all their sweetie money buying the club. How are they going to afford Teddy Sheringham now ? Cant take the club into debt and start spending the year 2 money in the hope that people renew surely.....

Nobody stated or asked how much would be left in the MyFC coffers, which I though strange.

Yes I've got a few questions to ask too, when the forum comes back up. (They explained that they had bought more hardware to cater for the expected spike, but "Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as smoothly with the provision of the hardware by our datacentre as anticipated". Fair enough, that can happen to any organisation.)

Here's some samples:

How much existing debt will MyFC be taking on?

Is the Development company purely acting as a consultant to produce recommendations on a new stadium, or is the intention that the Development company will own it (if that's the recommendation) and lease it to the club?

It says there will be a restriction on the club incurring indebteness over a certain threshold. I thought MyFC couldn't get the club into debt? I suspect any loans arranged will be offset again an increase in the asset value to get around that condition.

Why on earth have Euros been introduced as part of the payment scheme?
