Have another team lost their home?

I heard a 'rumour' on Saturday at Edgware, that the owner of Kingsbury's Silver Jubilee Ground has sold it to a Gaelic football club and that from next season Gaelic football will be played on the ground

 

No doubt this will see large crowds at the venue, I think I am right in saying that Claremont Road home of Hendon have staged some Gaelic games and had large crowds, with Kilburn/Cricklewood having a large Irish population it could be successful.

 

What now for our neighbours Kingsbury 'London Tigers'? No doubt the London Tigers will continue somewhere else, so the only real losers here are those who had any affiliation with Kingsbury Town Football Club

I care, Gavin. Truth is though, that Kingsbury are no more already. The name has only remained because London Tigers were too late this season to get permission to drop it. It will be London Tigers next season (their pre-printed programme covers for this season have already dropped the "Kingsbury" bit!)

Thats true, but the London Tigers will have to look for a new home, which could be anywhere in London I expect.

we live in a NL world gavin where no one really cares about fck all as if they did they would get their arses and pockets into gear and do all they could for their clubs instead of (or as well as) posting bollox on these forums...
