Anyone thinking of going by train to Gosport, the nearest station is Portsmouth Harbour. You then need to get a Ferry across to Gosport which is available from close to the train station.

Ferries run every 7-8 minutes during the day, and then every 15 minutes after the match. The ferry terminal is right by Portsmouth Harbour station.

 

The crossing is about 15 minutes

 

Buses to the ground from the Gosport side are about every half an hour. Journey time about 10 minutes.
