Morning everyone. Although I look at this site every day for its absolute quality banter and ripping people apart, its not very often I post anything. I've just spoken to Doylie on the phone and he has asked me to add something just to claify things.

On Wednesday afternoon he phoned Chris Creary (Concord Secretary) to wish the team good luck against Southend Utd. Chris told he he would put 2 complimentary tickets on the gate for him (as they are good mates).

Hope that's sorted that out.

As most senior league sides will agree it is nice to have other teams support their achievements and if concord really need the fiver it costs to get in then I am sure we can sort it out. We noticed they let in our player that they have been makeing 7 day approaches for free of charge, maybe we should all charge to gain entry even if invited (lack of communication there) to stop all this maybe a thought.

 

On another note Southend United when we played at thier gorund in the same cup last month had a crowd of 254 they charged £3 and £1 for kids. Their gateman cost £265 for the night they only had two. We have received a invoice from them for £10.55 pence as our half of the loss they made on the night. so beware what they claim back from you.
