In all seriousness, he was magnificent. Not only did he win every ball in the air and get booked for 'commenting' upon a handball incident with the referee, but he intimidated their centre forward to such a degree, that he went and stood next to Kenny Hull who was playing left back.

 

Bit of a range of ages in the reserves last Saturday, oldest 47, youngest 16.

 

Still, we did have virtually a whole side (9) unavailable for various reasons and still managed to grind out a result for the 3rd week running on a bare 11.

 

Special mention to Lee Gledhill, who gave us 90 minutes of total committment and not a little talent.
