So Hemel fans are concerned about the scruffy appearance of some of our supporters.

What you dont realise is that they are actually all employed in the futures markets in the city and usually wear Nicole Farhi

and Alexander McQueen.

However they feel it appropriate on football days to dress in a manner appropriate to their surroundings. As they were at Hemel Hempstead it seemed natural to dress as scruffily as possible to be in tune with the surroundings of your town.

And with regard to the runt whoever he may be..at least he or she must have been involved in the game, shouting encouragement, cheering his team on.As for Hemel support..I have heard more noise in a library.

Meanwhile on to more important things.

Well done Hornchurch..a superb performance from start to finish.Mick Marsden.....You MUST play Gavin and Scott in the same team now and not one or the other..thats an order !!

What a signing Chris Moore is,absoloutely awesome and to the one or two outsiders who suggest Kevin Marsden is in

because his Father is manager..have you actually watched him.

He has been terrific and its interesting to note that one of our worse runs happened to be when he was missing though injury.

Did anyone notice our cheerleader on Saturday ??

How good it was to see Jonah completely involved on the touchline, urging his team on,celebrating more than anyone

when the goals went in and constantly praising and encouraging Andrew Martin, who, after all,was in for him on Saturday.

his is what we want to see.We dont want those who miss out

through injury or whatever sitting bored or disinterested.

Jonah's attitude is what this club needs..when he hangs his boots up at the age of 56 the club should keep him as one of the managerial team.Well done Steve !!

Now on to saturday. Please lets not get any more of the home match jitters..I have the perfect plan..are you listening Mick ?

We put all 11 players on the goaline for the first 10 minutes, thus avoiding the "shock" early goal, which would,of course be a shock except it happens more or less every game.

Yours etc....
