Because although he is good in the air,his alround play has been dissapointing so far.Fitness,pace,committment..etc, have all been lacking.

I feel you are being a little bit harsh on Greaves. Surely turning up week in week out to sit on the bench is committment enough, as well as turning out for the reserves. Lack of pace yes, but that is not his game, lack of committment no.

He is in the side to hold the ball up, win aerial challenges for RC and Co. to feed off of. At the moment Ozie is doing this job, hence why DG is not in the starting XI much. He did very well against Redbridge with OF upfront, and that I believe couldn't be far off one of his last starts??

Maybe i was bit harsh.I wasn't questioning his committment to the club.But his style of play does seem to lack any enthusiam,zip or drive.He was so lethargic and off the pace against Dartford that he was taken off after 20 minutes.Jim has rarely used him since.
