Why the all?

I would worry about Stokes, but to be fair the next couple of months should show if he is really helping or not. Time will tell.

Hello Irish - always nice to see a returning Rebel!

Usually we'll have 150-250 regularly turning out to games nowadays, depending on who its against and other factors.

A very, very long story short (which you can read about on any number of fansites about the rebels) Slough Town were kicked out of Wexham Park by the site's owners and were forced into groundsharing with nearby rivals windsor and eton. A few attempts at finding a new home were met without success due to obstacles from the council among others. The beginning of this season saw the rebels move to Beaconsfield FC who were to act as their new landlords - meanwhile, a project manager with experience in helping football clubs establish a new ground for them made themselves known to the club and together with the Trust and the council, is currently working on a project which would see the football ground be put on the site formerly occupied by Arbour Vale school, which has no relocated to just outside Farnham Common.

This proposed site would include key stage housing, a hotel and a community-style stadium and the facilities could also be used by other sporting groups in the community and St Joseph's school, which is next door.

The potential problems in the way of this is that it is a prime location and therefore there may be other bidders interested in buying the land. Also, the hotel may cause problems as the area is technically green belt land, upon which things like hotels aren't supposed to be built (though I've been lead to believe that there are a number of similar cases where the hotels have been built, usually if it serves a community stadium.)

We're now all waiting to see if the council will support the plans officially and give us the go ahead...keep your fingers crossed!

Is there anything i've missed out guys?
