Horace - Yes but I'm often still in the office at 11.00pm and later

Often?

I used to get in to work by 8am and watch the Londoners drifting in by 10am. They all claimed that they worked long after I left at 5.00, but on the occasions when I did stay on later, they all seemed to sod off by six! I used to cover Adjournment debates with the likes of Mrs Curry, and every now and then had to return to the Commons for all nighters, being allowed to park right outside!

When I worked in the Cabinet Office I used to do 90 hour plus weeks, the 90 hour weeks were the quiet ones

Would you 2 like an MBE for that? Or will a simple ‘well done chaps’ pat on the back do?
boxing shocked

Hi Rhodes
You missed me that's nice! Well like NF says I have been kinda busy helping our first team at the moment. As you probably know very well the reserves are there primarily to supply players to the 1st team. Exactly what has happened at cheshunt when most of the senior players disappeared over the current budget rows.
Anyway I did tell you that our reserves had exceeded our expectations this season by being in the top 6 and beating the top sides! But needs must and some of the players had to go up to the 1st team, hence the dip in our form.
Still you will be happy as it is one less team to worry about in your effort to gain promotion! We will soon be back to some sort of strength, so watch out!

Horace - I'm not sure what you are referring to but if it's overtime I don't get any, it's all for Queen and Country. Anyway money is not the be all and end all in life as you seem to think it is and constantly have a bee in your bonnet over.

Do pay attention, Rhodes! Willo asked whether you and I felt we needed MBE's. I was replying to that! I am not all about money - anyone who knows me will confirm that. All I have ever said on here, to provoke that comment from you, is to champion Bank Holiday fixtures in the SSMFL! You are still a twerp, despite what Uncle Urchin believes!

TheFan - I am very patriotic and have even been known to pull my shirt out of my trousers in the office and kiss it in a John Hartson fashion. What is your line of work out of interest and have you ever told us which SSML Club you follow.

NeutralFan - Do you want to change your statement following today's disappointing 2-2 draw with Brache Sparta

The problem with your question, 'Cliff', (I assume it was a question because there is no question mark at the end of the sentence), is the word in NF's post that is encapsulated by the quotation marks.

Have another look, read it out aloud to yourself a few times and see what you come up with.

On a personal note in response to your post, you are a pr1ck.

Fond regards,

Jonno

Jonno - Just incase you come on again at 3.30am I gave Johnny Flynn a fiver to give you tomorrow night at Lowfield, I hope that will finally clear things up between us once and for all although I don't think the sorry episode has done you any favours.

I will be in attendance at Lowfield tonight, yes, and so I look forward to collecting your debt.Should Mr Flynn not arrive with your dosh,I must inform you that I will give him a dry slap, right across his chops, to be delivered to you the next time he sees you.

I think this sorry episode has done us all a favour, in proving that you are indeed, a pr1ck.

Forever yours,

Jonno

Jonno - I think you showed your true colours when you made that extraordinary rant a while back throwing those golf balls and tees back in my face, it surprised a lot of people. Anyway if NeutralFan is at the game tonight can you ensure that he gives Johnny Flynn the tenner he owes me from the Gordon Boateng bet and I'll pick it up from him on Wednesday, thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I won't be at the game tonight Rhodes and as I have said on numerous other times, provide the evidence I made that bet and I will pay up!
