i keep hearing at games that aveley have sold their ground for £6.5 million anyone know about this,i cant find the story on internet anywhere and the aveley forum has been shutdown???

Yep. The Council have offered them the choice of two alternative sites in exchange for the land they are currently on. The two sites are fairly close to each other by the A13/M25 intersection. I'm not sure if Aveley have made a final decision on which one to opt for. I've heard rumours that whichever site they choose, Grays Athletic may be interested in developing the other one but I stress this is only rumour.
