This MyFC thing

PatMan, I didn't mean to imply that you were accusing me of anything. I just wanted you to know why I hadn't answered your legitimate question.

In the last diary entry from Will Brooks, though, the due diligence IS over. The legal team is now writing the report for the members to vote on. I sincerely hope that part is just a matter of a few days.

My concern, though, is that someone posted here that there's a 21-day notification period for the current EUFC shareholders before their vote can take place. I don't know if that can be shortened legally.

For me, I'm just holding my breath till this phase is behind us and we can focus solely on the club's needs.

Interestingly when someone commented to him on the MyFC forum that his team had just been hammered 5-1 by Spurs - his reply was 'no - actually my team won 1-0' - but maybe it was a little tongue-in-cheek. bounce

I wonder who 'his' team are then? Fulham lost to Spurs on Boxing Day, while Fleet drew 1-1 at Grays!

Ooh, don't get me going on that "Al Fayed" thing - it disgusts me the way the mass media call him that rather than just "Fayed".

I wonder if I could get people to call me "Lord" just because I give myself the title?
