Beaconsfield SYOB 1 v Harefield 1 ht 0-1

 

attendance 131 - about 30 Rebels fans there...

 

In Fact It was a very good game and the result was fair in the end ...BSYOB had a penalty saved by a very good Harefield goal keeper ..(very Impressed) this was Harefield went down to 10 players having a man sent off for a hand ball which I think the Ref got wrong ..

Apolgies that I did not get to see the supporters game sounded great...but I was at work from 6am until 2pm ..and just could not make it...

thanks,seems a good turn out for them especially as their crowds have been on the 60-70 mark, lets hope the beaconsfield/slough relationship continues and although if anyone asked me what the chances of the arbour vale project going ahead i would say a good 90% we always need a plan B and perhaps beaconsfield/slough partnership is better than nothing.

i initially meant groundsharing but if it meant merger or extinction then i would choose merger

As Amber has said he meant groundshare to start, which is what I was implying. Agree if merger, then prob no way, would prefer a new start up based in Slough, but please not an AFC tag, could claim FA cup semifinal history and be Slough Swifts. Hope will not come to this though. Have a happy new year everyone, hoping to make it to Gosport, so see you then.
