Unfortunatly if you watch the video of the Ollie sending off Steve Mckimm is in the middle of it well before both Wards probably something to do with speed I expect but all the same he was there along with Standen Morris and the rest so its best we look at it as an overall problem rather than single out the wards. or is it just because you general dislike of anything Ramsgate ?

 

Yes they do go over the top on occasions but don't we all when we see what we think is a bad discision even if we are no where near the incident do we not shout and scream as if the ref never gives a discision right ever.

admitedly it was a bad tackle im not denying that, but i spoke to rob after the game to make sure he was alright and he didnt seem to think that i had any intentions of injuring him, just being physical in the tackle, its a love hate thing. i would just like to see the video to see if it was as bad as everyone has made it out to be

I'm sure no bad intent was meant Ollie and Rob is too much of a gent to make an issue of it, he knows it happens at times. Too me it was just badly mistimed, looked worse due to the fact that you were off the ground too. Anyway good luck with you trial with whichever club comes in for you. I will be honest and I for one would loved to have seen you in the Blue of Margate.

Jim Ward has done an exceptional job at Ramsgate. He's obviously a good organiser and motivator.
Having said that i think Robin Trott has the potential to become a really good manager and he does have the neccesary passion.
I remember how absulutely gutted he looked after the Gate lost at Hitchin in the cup. I think it takes a manager a while to really get the best out of themselves and others.
