Horsham updates

Agree with all that is said. On a heavy pitch it was a very close contest. Just lacked that little bit extra on the finish. Ricardo an excellent prospect. Jay and Charlie back. We will play trillions worse and lose.

Good support too. See them at Crawley next year cos i dont think they'll go up.

Trott did not look too bad and the boy Martin looked very keen to play on. SK back next week but will Peters go?

Jimmy J reported to have phneumonia( or however you spell it) We wish him well.

Good performance, but why can't we score? Horsham had there chance, they took it. Fair play to them, but we had about 10 more chances then them and we just couldn't convert them, oh dear. frown

My two pennyworth-late in the day.

As most seem to think-a draw would have been fair-thought Horsham shaded first half and we were better team in the second.

Josephs-another good game.

No-one was outstanding -but no-one played poorly.

Josephs,Trott-until injured and Morris in particular were arguably our best players.

Can't see where all the chances were-thought we only had one shot-Pinns half way through second half, but we did look better in defence.

Felt sorry for RT yesterday as he could not have done much more to bring about a better result-and yes again-a draw would have been the fair result.

Felt it after the Ramsgate game, and still do feel, that I just don't understand where all this praise for Ricardo Joseph(s) is coming from: too many times he was out of position; particularly in the first half. Had Horsham had a right winger who actually had any sort of quality, I feel we would have been punished at least once.
