After his outstanding debut, what does RT's oblique reference to 'being able to keep Joseph's fit' mean ?

is there a deep seated recurring injury worry ?

Is that what delayed his debut ?

Crikey,I didn't realise the injury was in his back. He walked off the pitch too. I thought it was more his arm or wrist.
