The season of good will ? ? ?

I thought it was meant to be the season of good will and all that and although I know most matches today were local derbies and all the local rivalry that goes with them, but according to the BBC website there was over 40 yellow and 5 red cards today. I wonder how many were deserved or as a result of an over zealous official?

Unfortunately, Paul McCarthy's sending off was correct, for those of you who weren't there.

Though a few more Gray's players certainly deserved some cards for their rather Ahem, physical approach to defending (and even attacking in the case of Kedwell, who on the basis off today's performance seems to think he's god's gift to football, which he certainly is not).

The ref was one of the most inept and out of his depth I've seen in a long time.

as was the linesman running the line on the left hand side as you look from the away end. Too much alcohol and turkey.

What were those short corners all about? I assume they are working on the training ground, but they didn't seem to have much effect at Grays. Could I suggest they lob a few more into the box?
