Pics from Ramsgate game

A small selection of pictures from today's game are now available at MFC v Ramsgate 26Dec07 . Apologies to the Ramsgate fan who I sort of lost my rag with but (1) he shouldn't have accused Rob H of cheating and (2) he should have been down the other end! Just to show there's no hard feeling - here is the Ramsgate goal (which SCS really shouldn't have come for!) which isn't on the MFC website.

Glad your over your problems Don. I could see you were not very happy at the time.

The way I saw their goal is that Scott came out to collect.He should have done so comfortably.It was nigh on in his hands.But instead of attacking the ball he waited for it to enter into his hands & that gave Schulz the opportunity of heading it into the goal as he rushed in & as it was about to be collected.It should have been an easy catch i.m.o.

As for someone not picking up Schulz & covering his run. Well,maybe that should have been the case too but to me if Scott had attacked that cross more & taken ball in the way that he should have done the oncoming player wouldn't have mattered.

I think the world of Scott but for me today he wasn't in form in certain areas of his game.His calling & coming for the ball was not up to his normal standard.

Anyway thats how saw it.
