What a joke. Granted, could have taken a narrow defeat, as I suspect Chelmsford are a much better team than us. But, after getting to half-time at 1-0 up, to ship 5 goals in the second half is a disgrace. Where's this promised centre half Trotty? Sort it out!

Could take a loss, but to ship 5 goals in 45 mins is disgraceful.

 

It shows a basic lack of organisational and management skills.

Did Trott tell the team to go out for the first 15 minutes and play spoiling tactics-bet not-bet it was the usual gung-ho stuff.

I can't understand why a manager who is a defender can't seem to organise a defence and just loves this attacking nonsense that does not win or draw games

The quality of defenders (which we almost accept is very poor ) is almost irrelevant.

 

A reasonable coach could organise a team of 16 year olds to concede less than 5 in over a 40 minute period.

Iit could still come down to goal difference at the end of the season;and if you are destined to lose-and sometimes you just are-a seasoned professional coach will recognise that and go for damage limitation.

 

Losing happens.Drubbings and humiliations are serious management offences

 

 

very much like BW last season,even when you are 3-1 down, you get everybody to keep fighting and playing.
