we all know what goes on and personally i don't give a monkey.There are two leagues in the ESL and we ain't doing bad in ours,that's all i care about.As a former Eton Manor tea-boy coach-sponge man once said,to give you a real measure of how good a manager is,it's how he deals with the players at disposal and the resources he has.

only people that have experience of how tight things are at clubs with limited resources,can understand Coachie's feelings and Jenko is one of them! grinhi Jenko,have you passed your level 2 final exam?

I don't wanna sound like Coachie but they are poor and totally inadequate.The problem is:they know it and they keep sticking their heads in the sand!Football is a flowing game with hundred of different situations.The technique has to be adapted to a fast environment,any player can perform it unopposed.It's a load of cobblers and there is nothing like that in FA courses in countries like Italy,Brasil or Argentina.
