I can only agree with Ricky but at our level,did you come across greedy youth managers that are all worried about winning their sunday league game and don't see the bigger picture.Personally,when i was doing the u'16s at Hullbridge,i had an entire squad playing saturday first team football or ressies and i never bothered if i had a top of the table clash with Dagenham & Redbridge on a sunday. On the other side,it is also true that some first team managers don't give a monkey about the youth teams.Some clubs have even scrapped the youth system.What do you think and what are your experiences regarding this subject? feedback
