Now I am getting it in the neck as we arranged to go somewhere for lunch!

 

3 weeks ago the time was listed at 3:00 pm it is not professional to chop and change in this manner. If it is to be changed it should have been brought much further forward. I am told that 11:00 am is OK.

 

BTW make sure the players keep of the sauce on Christmas Day. Boxing Day matches can turn the form book upside down generally because one team has been celebrating too heavily the previous day.

Personally I would also prefer an 11.00am kick off as it still allows families to get together for lunch on Boxing Day. Otherwise 3.00pm seems the better choice. Oh well, looks like Mrs H will get her way and I won't be at PB on Boxing Day. Mind you, that earns me brownie points for other games!

It had been agreed quite some time ago apparently, but had not been changed on the Web Site. I believe it still says 3.00pm Kick Off which is why I checked with Mr Club Secretary this morning and he confirmed the 1.00pm kick off.

Like I said I think it was agreed about a month ago but had not been changed on the Website.

Left Hand not knowing what Right Hand is doing springs to mind. Or in your case Southport Piss Ups & Breweries!!!!!
