Well your Chairman in the bar last Saturday is in agreement. In the bar to Gazza, andyetfc and Steady eddy he predicted 15 points from 5 games.

 

Home v Great Wakering Rovers Win

Away v Ilford Town Win

Home v Witham Town Win

Away v Potters Bar Town Win

Home v Northwood Win

 

So it is done deal isn't it?

Very confusing I know! What I meant to say is since 2004/05 season Town hadn't dropped a point during December. Town won every game in December 05/06 and again last season.

Just realised, we can't get to 45 points by the end of the Northwood game blush 44 is the target.

 

Our next 5 games are against the teams currently sitting from 14th to 18th position in the table - hope the boys are ruthless and take advantage of this period leading up to the Edgware game.

 

How nice would it be to go to Edgware sitting on 50 points with Ware and Brentwood's games in hand no longer looking so positive.

 

Witham appear to be a team who pick up all their points at home, so fingers crossed their away form continues. I think Potters Bar will be the toughy, and we face Northwood on the back of xmas games against Canvey and Edgware, so hopefully this will work in our favour. Anyway, we need to take one game at a time and simply keep accumulating the points smile

The good news is that Potters Bar's goalie got himself sent off last week, and I think he'll miss the game on Boxing Day. I'm hoping they'll get Richard Hayward in on loan!!
