Two league wins in a row doesn't seem possible for the Gate this season so let's hope to break that duck, go on a run and consolidate ourselves in the top six. Trouble is some teams have up to six or seven games in hand of us.

Given the topsy turvy way teams are performing this year in this league and given that these games in hand will have to be crammed in somehow at probably the worst time of year, they've got to win a lot of them. Not an easy task by any means.

Well both played on Tuesday June, but both were subbed. Deano got a kick but was taking off as a precaution and I believe Jay was done for the same thing.

Just that Loveridge has gone back to Crawley as Trotty believes he needs to play but with Jacko and Martin on the left he has the balance he needs there. He is still hoping to keep hold of Peters until New Year but was hoping to get hold of the acting Brentford manager on Wednesday to find out.

I will be very surprised if we have 522 on Saturday djw. It's going to be cold, right on top of xmas and it's not the most attractive game in the World. I'm still looking forward to the game though.

 

I reckon there will be 381 there tomorrow, but the good thing about all those 381 supporters is that they are all loyal supporters.
