Seems like it to me :

Ruud Guillet on Capello :-

'He is about winning' He is a coach who plays to win.He does'nt play for the beauty of the game but to win, thats all...they know how to defend'.'Its all about discipline, especially in defence'.

In defence, you have to work hard on it,and he's learnt how to do that properly.

When you've got that, you become very hard to beat.If you become that clinical, you don't even have to play well to win. (very true ).

'Don't expect sexy football'

Sounds like a man out of my own heart.

Lots of ruthless and cynical 1-0 wins coming up. Luuvverly.

Maybe in his time off, he wants to be RT's assistant and impose some hard nosed discipline and organisation to the Margate defence.

Well his a million times better then McClaren, His "catenaccio" mentality will not be that bad to watch, it will be a 4-2-3-1 formation, which is a defensive formation but it can be quite flexible..... sometimes any way.

Im sure Hargreves and Barry will be the first two players on that team sheet providing they are fit, and i reckon a fit Ashton is in with a good shot as well.

One thing is for sure a lot of players are going to be put in there place or be droped.

The important thing is the FA let him structure everything around the England set up, if he wants all his own people then let him do that.
