now i'm ready to be corrected if i'm wrong but the mid week claims that maidenhead utd are making some sort of record this weekend when they play afc wimbledon in the trophy as the first club to play the original wimbledon ,mk dons and afc wimbledon in competetive games, now i'm sure this has been done not only by slough town but by other clubs as well, am i right?

I found this on another forum going via the Maidenhead one:-

It appears that if you include only competitive matches then Maidenhead would be the first but there are four other clubs that have played all three teams if you include friendlies.

Slough are also the only side to have played all incarnations of the now Dagenham & Redbridge according to the link above.

Well Slough have definitely played MK and AFC in competitive games - when the original incarnation of Wimbledon were at the Isthmian level I was not around so can't be certain that Slough have played them competitively but would have thought so.

We played the original Wimbledon F.C. in the Premier Midweek League in the late Sixties - early Seventies on I think 4 or 6 occasions, M K Dons in the Berks 7 Bucks then A F C Wimbledon in the Ryman Isthmian League
