Update/technicality

 

The more fast twitch fibres you have the more sprint work you can do.

Hence

The more slow twitch fibres that are found in your muscle the more stamina work you can do.

 

Afro Carribean and South American or any Black nationality tend to have a high yield of Fast twitch fibres, thus:

 

They tend to win more sprint competitions,

Etheopians and white people will tend to be slower but with stamina.

 

But of course either can be trained for and there are exceptions to the rule!!??

 

Therefore the short part probably doesnt mean a lot unless stocky and from a west indian family!!??
