Disappointing performance tonight and lucky to only concede 1. Ricky was excellent in goal tonight and thoroughly deserved the MOM. We were too easily opened up at the back, seemed to lack any real leadership, and were really short of strength and speed. Going forward, we seemed to want to play the ball in the air, and was always 2nd best to every ball.

The burger wasn't much cop either!!!!!

At least the Mighty Reds pulled of a decent win!

Wish Crow all the best from everyone, he's been an ever present this season so when he gets injured you know it must hurt like hell.

First half we were very poor, they could have had 4 or 5 if it wasn't for Ricky making some good saves. Much better second half, but just couldn't create anything in front of goal. The one real chance that fell to Jay was well saved by their keeper.

Looks a nasty injury for Crow. Hopefully he'll make a speedy recovery.

As for the game, we were awful in the first half and if it hadn't of been for Ricky the score-line could have been alot worse.

The second half was better but we didn't create that much. Got into good positions but the final ball was dissapointing at times. We didn't really test their keeper at all.

In fairness a 3-0 or 4-0 win would not have flattered them but we could have come away with a draw especially if Curran's effort had not been blocked by their defender.

Not a great performance but we're still in a decent position to challenge for a play off place.

Not great tonight but we were slightly better in the second half, nobody played that well, except Ricky. I get a bit fed up hearing John, Gary plus some of the bench constantly having a moan at Chris Bourne and never moaning at others when things are going wrong, there are 11 in a team please distribute your comments evenly he wasn't the worst player out there.

We were poor first half but you have got to give credit to Brentwood, they looked solid all over the pitch and but for poor finishing (along with good goalkeeping) the game could have been over in the first 20mins.

What worries me is that we are still weak in central defence and if we don`t sort it soon it may be too late for any real promotion hopes.

Totally agree, he has had some very good games this season and doesn't deserve to be abused the way that he is. I have seen a number of times this season him making a mistake up field and then about 4moves later the oppositon get a corner etc and it was somehow his fault!?

The thing that bothers me about our team at the moment is we can't seem to grind out a win. If we play below par we most often lose or get a draw. Within the first ten minutes of the match you just felt we wern't going to get anything out of the game.

The best teams can play not too well but at times grind out a result through sheer will to win and bloody mindedness to get a result. We don't quite seem to have that yet. If a few players are off colour we tend to struggle.

We had a bit of a let off with Brentwood missing several good chances in the first 20 minutes but we didn't seem to react to this and when we did it was too late.

Regarding Bourney, I think he has been good this season. Considering the guy has had to play a number of different positions this season he has done very well

Im glad others agree, Bournie has been one of our best players this year, he just needs to be more consistant with his crossing, and one of the midfielders need to track back to cover for him if he goes on a run. And please lets not critisis our own players, that goes for the bench, the management and the fans.
