local football is local football, there are lots of levels and standards beyond this recently invented step ladder on a pyramid nonsense. what does a step 5 manager in essex know of step 5 players in cumbria?

I think rhodes has bumped into a few people locally and can state his opinion, argue back by all means but not from an elitist position. theres always someone bigger.

I dont like those at any level criticising and belittling those below them, and equally dislike those who are jealous and resentful of those above.
