Just heading up to the local (243 steps...there, 350-400...home) to watch Hatton belt piss and pick handles out of Mayweather.

Predictions?

Hatton to win by KO 5th. for mine.

Mayweather rd 10 KO. Floyd really seemed to be landing the bombs, even though Hatton controlled tempo almost all the way throughout. Seemed like a football match in there, with all the singing, something Americans, especially boxing fans, aren't used to

I kind of feel jetlagged mate.

 

Not been up long and have to go bowling and then to a pub quiz.

 

Hatton was outclassed last night. A bit like we were yesterday.

500 steps home after putting the hex on Hatton.

Watched Mayweather get a dubious decision over DeLaHoya and thought Hatton would hustle, bustle and batter him out of it early.

Early rounds he was charging in and creating difficulties for Mayweather but the slower Ricky came in the more Mayweather could pop him and so it went.

Not a bad fight to watch.

I have absolutely no connection with English cricket misfortunes...love all msports but one...cricket....haven't watched a game in 10 years....burnout...cricket is Australia's summer screen saver.

Then again if any of you blokes get out here during Summer I guess I could drag my not inconsiderable guts along to the cricket with ya!

Off to the Australian Open Golf this weekend...its a hard life.
