Apolgies on the performance today

Is it simply because he is a troll who wants to wind all real Fleet supporters up ? Worse than that, a retired troll with too much spare time on his hands. Does he ever have time to post on the Hornchurch website I wonder?

The £600,000 seems to have been plucked out of thin air and until he reveals his source (his own imagination perhaps?) we should take it with a pinch of salt. One of the attractions to MyFC was the manageable size of the Club's debt. A sum nearly twice as high as previously mentioned does not appear to be at all manageable. However, the Club's debt is the single most perplexing thing for me from the whole MyFC episode. No one posting on this fans' forum or writing articles in the press (as far as I can see), has been able to state what it is. We can all assume that the Club is losing money as our attendances seem most unlikely to be sufficient to sustain full-time football. But we don't have to find rent for the ground. The players and staff appear to be paid. King's Ferry still provide coach transport to away games. The elctricity hasn't been cut off. The programme is still being printed. Advertising is still appearing for matches in the local press. The bar has stock to sell....etc etc. On the face of it, the Club do not appear to be insolvent or even near that position.

So, what does this leave? Logically the debt would therefore appear to be owed primarily either to our existing directors for loans provided, or the Club's bank for credit advanced (but on what security?) or a combination of the two. Additionally tax may be owed (Corporation or VAT) to HMRC but no one has mentioned this either. I think that a combination of the first two with a greater emphasis on the first may be more likely to be the answer. I for one will be waiting with interest for the real facts and figures when they eventually emerge.

Maybe you could bring yourself to answer one question though Uncle Urchin.

In the past month you have been posting roughly 50 times a day on our forum. It has pretty much all been total [****!!****], you started off suggesting that MyFC where pulling the wool obver our eyes and that they where only interested in the Fleet because they would sell the ground for redevelopment, when someone pointed out that they wouldn't own the ground you have changed tack completely and now seem to be suggest that the Fleet board are trying to pull the wool over the MyFC peoples eyes regarding the size of the debt.
My question to you is a very simple one, Why?
Why do you spend so much time posting rubbish on our message board?

50 times a day ...? are you sure...? chat

as for the fleet board..I have never passed comment about what they have or haven't done......it is a matter of law that company accounts are published at due time and the assets and liabilities in those accounts shown...

your user name does you little justice the truth grin

You may want to read the audit report and note 1.9 of the last set accounts.

Technically the club has been insolvent for at least two years.

Since we went full time & took on Fleet Leisure then (or are their accounts published separately?) Is it close to our benevolent Essex Uncle's figure?

Presumably though, MyFC would know what the audit report says & there's no sign at all of Mr Brooks & co getting cold feet. I know many others disagree, but if MyFC feel the debt is manageable & can still provide money for investment, then I'd be tempted to see them as welcome rather than worthy of silver bullets, wooden stakes & the like. If it was a lone businessman, who claimed to have acquired millions very quickly, I would rather go part time & sooner rather than later drop a division, than risk everything on one individual's judgement. Maybe I'll be proved a mug, but I can't see the risks being anywhere near so obvious with what we have been offered - in fact I'd say I see the possible gains outweighing the possible risks. There is also plenty of talk, if you go on their website, of long term sustainable development. Something you don't get from the egomaniacs who ruin you, then run away.

But then, like I said, maybe I'll be proved a mug one day. If I am, I'll certainly hold up my hand.

ha ha nice one jeff...... grin

there always has to be an outlet for a clubs fans frustrations when these sort of issues arise as the fans are the last to know whats going on.... and my attempts to offer alternative viewpoints to those being plastered all over this forum by ill informed newcomers to NL as they seek to carve their brave new world above ebbsfleets history have perhaps created an outlet for those frustrations....ie me....

I am not the enemy...find no pleasure at all in your anxieties...respect all genuine non league fans and have no wish to see any harm come to your club.....I just believe that the more transparent these current events are then the safer your club is...as a matter of fact I have over the weekend received some interesting news regarding the FA's position on this proposed takeover but I shall keep it to myself until such time as it is appropriate to publish it....suffice to say that all is not what it seems with the moonies mandate.. shocked

as punishment to all dissenters.....I shall now restrict my posts on this forum to 49 per day..... devil

Can't guarantee it.. But what I'm certain of is that any message you post will be completely irrelevant and of no interest to the ENGLISH nation. Go attack another innocent country!

clearly untrue as can be evidenced quite easily.. I also do use other FF forums that exist outside of this one

you started off suggesting that MyFC where pulling the wool obver our eyes and that they where only interested in the Fleet because they would sell the ground for redevelopment,

please find any post made by me to support that allegation ...I have always known who owns your ground and its not the club

when someone pointed out that they wouldn't own the ground you have changed tack completely and now seem to be suggest that the Fleet board are trying to pull the wool over the MyFC peoples eyes regarding the size of the debt.

could I ask you to prove that allegation or withdraw it please
