Ive seen so many articles that go along the lines of that one:

 

"I dont know the full details but..."

 

I guess I should be grateful he even admitted that he didnt know what he was talking about before going on to write an article about it - Ive seen even more that haven't (including some who cant even get the website right)

I'd like to think someone presumably being paid for their opinions actually researched enough to form informed ones. Im somewhat of an idealist though.

 

Maybe in a few generations when all those born before the 'Internet Age' have retired we can hope to get away from the veiled implications that anyone using a computer is a geek or a nerd - that's another annoyance (though he only slipped in one very generalised comment at the end of the article)

Having said all that - I agree with his point about needing time for preparation though - I will be interested to see how it's handled since Im under the understanding the actual team lineup wont be revealed until 'an hour' before kickoff.

thats normal but the manager and coaches will know their team on the thursday after training before the saturday match...

has always been so and will always be...
